Acqui-Refi provides educational content, calculators, and lender-matching services. Acqui-Refi is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and is not affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features;
• Use automated means to access the Site without our permission;
• Use the Site in violation of any law or third-party right.

The Site and its content are owned by Owner Actions, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner Actions, Inc., Acqui-Refi, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Website and the commercial loan brokering services offered herein are intended solely for users who represent businesses legally organized, active, and domiciled in the State of Ohio. By using this Website or attempting to submit information through our digital platforms, you expressly warrant and represent that your business entity is an Ohio-domiciled enterprise and that any commercial property or collateral involved is located entirely within the State of Ohio. If your business operates outside of Ohio, you are strictly prohibited from using our interactive intake forms.

All services, consultations, and digital pre-qualifications provided by OwnerActions, Inc. are strictly for commercial, business, organizational, or agricultural purposes. We do not broker, arrange, or advise on consumer loans, residential mortgages for personal use, or any credit extended for personal, family, or household purposes. Users may be required to sign a formal Business Purpose Affidavit prior to the processing of any refinancing file.

These Terms of Service, your use of this Website, and any relationships or transactions arising therefrom shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
