Where a transaction we help arrange falls within one of these state regimes, the funding provider will deliver the state-required disclosure form — including total amount of funds provided, total dollar cost of financing, term, payment amounts, an annual percentage rate or estimated APR, prepayment terms, and any broker compensation — at or before the time a specific offer is presented to you. Acqui-Refi does not originate or fund financing and does not itself set those terms.

Broker compensation: where required by state law, the amount of any compensation Acqui-Refi receives in connection with a financing offer will be disclosed to you in writing before you accept that offer.
